BREAK FREE

The Violence Against Women & Girls Conference Series

BREAK FREE

A powerful day of solidarity, activism and discussion, with the voice of lived experience at its heart.

Raised hands in purple and gold

"Nothing about us, without us."

Break Free is founded and led by women with lived experience. That is what makes our conference series unique: survivors stand at the centre, not the side, and their insight drives the change we campaign for.

Our first Break Free, Reading

Our inaugural conference brought survivors, professionals, police and community leaders together for a day of honest stories, practical learning and shared commitment. The room was full, the conversations were brave, and every attendee left with a pledge to act.

Now we're taking Break Free nationwide, one town at a time.
